What is Granite? Granite is a natural stone which means that no two slabs are ever the same. Granite takes millions of years to form from the cooling of magma from volcanic activity. Granite comprises mostly of quartz and feldspar. Small amounts of mica and other minerals are also found in granite.
As Granite is a natural stone it is also a unique choice of stone. This does however mean a lack of consistency, making vein matching difficult. Granite is a great choice for both commercial and residential projects as well as a flexible material for indoor and outdoor use. Available in both 20mm and 30mm depths. Our Process
Step 1: Templating
We will arrange for a member of our team to meet you on site at a time that is suitable for you. In compliance with Covid-19 safety measures, we will be taking necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of both our customers and our employees.
We will take accurate measurements, including details of sink and hob cut outs where necessary.
Prior to fabrication, we would require a 50% deposit which can be made by either bank transfer or by credit or debit card.
Step 2: Fabrication
We will cut your worktops to size and have them ready for installation within 5 days of templating.
Step 3: Installation
Our team will install your new worktops within 5 days. Once installation is complete and you are completely happy with your new worktops, you can pay the remaining balance.
